Our Members are super-, mega-, insanely important to us! Not surprisingly, because when we say that our Members are key, we mean it! That's where the Member Experience comes in. This is the program that is all about the experience of our Members. Because we believe that they make the difference.

If you come to work with us, we also want to hear your opinion. So that together we can make working at Yource even more fun and easier. To make sure we can really get started with this, you will receive a questionnaire at various times. In March and September, we ask everyone to fill this in. But during your Member Journey, we also come to ask how things are going at other important times. For example, a week after your start or after a month, when your training or preliminary process is over. You can then tell us how you feel about working at Yource. Of course, we would like to know whether we are delivering on our promises and where we can still grow as an organisation.

All of the results enable us to make the Member Experience a little better every day. Not based on gut feeling, but based on the opinion of all Yource Members! This is how we make working at Yource even more fun together.
